How many key clients/customers should you have in your sales pipeline?
- Sales pipelines must be managed and the cliché is less is more
- It is advisable to have minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 target customers at any one time
- Segment your pipeline into two sets: Platinum (top level clients), Gold (Medium level)
- Aim to communicate to your portfolio of segmented clients once a fortnight at the very least.
